Prep 4 enjoyed their first residential away at the Start Bay Centre in Slapton. They completed a low ropes course, learnt about Operation Tiger, walked around Slapton Ley and enjoyed playing some games at the beach.
The sun is shining for Prep 5 to learn about team building at Coverack.
Today Prep 5 have gone on their 2 night residential to Coverack in Cornwall, but not before a little trip to Miss Harris’s farm to help with the lambing.
On their first day of Enrichment Week Prep 5 have spent the day learning all about life in the Tudor times.
This morning the RNLI visited the School as part of their outreach program to educate the Children about water safety. The Children had a great time about learning how to stay safe this Summer when visiting the beach.
Yesterday Prep 2 took their learning about seed dispersal outside. The children made helicopters out of paper, rather like sycamore seeds. They watched the breeze carry them away to show how seeds would be dispersed in the natural environment.
