Last week, our school was buzzing with excitement as our pupils took part in the fantastic Bikeability scheme. For those who haven’t heard of it, Bikeability is the modern-day cycling proficiency program, designed to teach children essential skills for riding safely and confidently on the roads.
And what a day it was! From mastering balance and control to learning road safety rules, our pupils embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and determination. We’re thrilled to share that every single pupil passed with flying colours.
A huge thank you to the incredible Bikeability instructors for their expertise and patience, and to our wonderful St Christopher’s staff for helping to make the day such a success. But the biggest applause goes to our pupils – you’ve made us all so proud!
At St Christopher’s Prep School and Nursery, we believe in equipping children with life skills that go beyond the classroom. Cycling is not only a fun and healthy activity but also an important skill that builds confidence and independence. We’re delighted that our pupils are now better prepared to enjoy their bikes safely and responsibly.
