The inviting Nursery setting at St Christopher’s has a dedicated indoor and outdoor space, in the heart of the school. Children from the age of rising three (the beginning of the term in which their 3rd birthday falls) can take advantage of the numerous opportunities, facilities, activities and resources on offer in beautiful surroundings.
We offer a happy, calm and safe environment which is also stimulating and fun. Small class sizes and access to specialist teaching staff for subjects such as Music, French and Sport and Activities, really supports the children’s early learning, and needs, and allows them to flourish.
We work in partnership with parents to ensure the children develop and learn. Each child has a personal learning journey, which they love to share, and parents are encouraged to be involved in this journey. We aim to offer an intimate and nurturing introduction to Prep School.
The day runs from 9.00am to 3pm. Early drop off from 8.30 and late pick up until 5pm are available at an extra cost. Please see after school club fees on the school fees information. Early Years Funding is available and each eligible child is entitled to 15 hours of attendance free. Please contact the Bursar for information regards the additional 15 hours Early Years Funding that began in September 2017.
