Prep 1 and 2 had a fantastic day at Paignton Zoo learning all about the different animals. They also enjoyed a workshop where the zoo educators delivered an exciting, curriculum-linked workshop designed to get the children engaged in the natural world.
This week we welcomed Father Kakuba, Madam Vicki and Sister Joan from the Kanyike Project in Uganda. During their time here they spent time talking to the children explaining about life in Uganda and then got to enjoy Harvest Festival and a Music concert to raise money.
This morning Prep Rec have been learning how to use computers, using paint to design their own picture and then colour it in.
Nursery have had a fun morning learning the traditional tale of Billy Goats Gruff and then acting it out using the lovely new play equipment donated by our Prep 6 who left in July.
