Last week, our St Christopher’s Prep School table tennis teams took on the best in Devon at the Devon Schools Table Tennis Team Championships in Plymouth. It was a day of fantastic sportsmanship, determination, and some impressive performances from both our boys’ and girls’ teams.
The Girls’ Team
Our girls’ team, made up of Elsie, Scarlett, and Isla powering through the competition to emerge undefeated and crowned Devon County Champions! Their outstanding performance has earned them the chance to represent Devon at the South West Finals in January, and we couldn’t be more proud of their achievement.
The Boys’ Team: strong competition, great effort
Our boys’ team, who had previously enjoyed an incredible eight-year winning streak, faced some tough competition this year and unfortunately couldn’t secure another title. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to add to their previous victories, but we’re incredibly proud of how they played and we’re really looking forward to supporting the girls at the South West Finals in January.
