Winter Fair

Victorian Era

Prep 6 enjoyed trying on clothes from the Victorian era today. They dressed Erin from head to toe in a LOT of layers!

Inter-House Conker Competition

15th November 2021

This afternoon saw the annual Inter-house Conker competition. It was great to see all the Children playing a fun traditional game with St Davids winning the competition.

ISA Under 9’s Tag Rugby Tournament

12th November 2021

It was a pleasure to host the ISA Under 9’s Tag Rugby competition yesterday which saw 6 Schools and over 100 Children taking part. Thank you to all the Children and staff who participated and came all the way to the beautiful South Hams to take part.

Multi-Skills Activity

10th November 2021

This afternoon in their Activity time Preps 1 & 2 have been doing multi-skills exercises. In the first exercise the Children were practising controlling a ball and trying their best not to drop it!

Parliament Week – Anthony Mangnall MP

St. Christopher’s were delighted to welcome MP Anthony Mangnall to visit our school.  He talked to all of the children during assembly about his work in the local community and what his job entails.  Prep 6 had been involved in a debate during UK Parliament Week and he was keen to find out their outcome…

Devon Table Tennis

We were pleased to hear today that the Boys and Girls Table tennis team have been chosen to represent Devon in the South West finals in January. Today the teams had an internal competition at School to hone their skills.  The boys winner was Fabian who lived up to his top seed billing by winning…

UK Parliament Week

9th November 2021

Prep 6 took part in a class debate during UK Parliament week.  The motion they were discussing was: ‘All junk food should be banned for children’ Both the For and Against team researched some facts to support their arguments. They worked hard to listen to each view point and put their views across.

Harvest Festive Service 2021

15th October 2021

It was great to get such support from our Parents for our Harvest festival this year after it was cancelled in 2020.
