Could your child thrive at St Christopher’s?
We’re now accepting applications for the Gregory Kenyon Bursary, which offers a local child the chance to join our school community with up to 100 percent of school fees covered. We also offer 10 to 20 percent reduction in school fees.
This is a rare opportunity for a child who shows excellence in a particular area—be it academic, creative or sporting—but whose family may not otherwise be able to access an independent education.
The bursary was created in memory of Gregory Kenyon, who founded St Christopher’s in 1991 with his wife Jane. Their passion for education and belief in opportunity for all lives on through this award. Today, their daughter Alexandra Cottell leads the school as Head, continuing the same family values that shaped St Christopher’s from the very beginning.
Mrs Cottell says: “This is a wonderful opportunity for a local child to join us at St Christopher’s. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates real potential and whose family is ready to engage with and support our vibrant school community.”
Our school is proudly non-selective and deeply rooted in kindness, creativity, and care. Surrounded by the beautiful South Hams countryside, we provide a nurturing environment for children aged 3 to 11 to grow, learn and thrive.
Bursary Day is on Tuesday 7 May 2025
To apply, please email: office@st-christophers.devon.sch.uk
Applicants will then be invited to visit the school.
