Congratulations to our fabulous Under 11s girls cricket team.
Last week the squad of Poppy, Eliza, Sienna, Maria, Gemma, Harriet, Scarlett and Elsie
played in their first ever tournament at the Devon schools event at South Devon Cricket Club last week.
They won three of their four matches leaving them in a three way tie for first place. They only just missed out on winning the tournament on the total runs scored with victory going to Ipplepen School.
They girls showed super improvement as the day went on, and there is a bright future ahead, as most will be eligible to play again next year.
