Monday saw the first Lantern Festival and Fireworks parade. All the children have spent the first half of the term making Lanterns which they paraded round the playing field, this was followed by some fantastic fireworks.
This morning the whole School took part in a Remembrance Assembly to remember the sacrifices made over the last 100 years, and to say Thank You to all who served, sacrificed and changed our world. Poems were read out by Prep 6 as well as individual poems read by the Head Boy and Girl.
This morning the Nursery started learning about Julia Donaldson books, starting with the Gruffalo. The children had great fun making pictures of the Gruffalo and then enjoyed signing along to the Gruffalo song.
